The following hourly rates apply to Individual Services for all clients, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and study abroad students. All services are quoted in advance so you know the total cost before work begins.

How do Individual Services work?
Our Individual Services are designed to provide targeted, expert support on a flexible, hourly basis. Here’s how the process works:
1. Submit a request: Please fill out our short online Individual Service Request Form to discuss your needs.
2. Receive a quote: We review your request and provide a clear estimate of the hours required, total cost, and expected delivery timeline.
3. Payment and agreement: Once you approve the quote, payment is collected upfront. Our general Terms & Conditions apply, ensuring clarity and protection for both parties.
4. Service delivery: After payment is received, we begin work and provide your deliverables by the agreed-upon date. You’ll be updated throughout the process if any adjustments are needed.
5. Follow-up (if needed): After the service is complete, additional hours or services can be requested, or you may choose to upgrade to a Comprehensive Service Package for more extensive support.
How does billing work for Individual Services?
Individual Services are billed hourly. We provide a quote in advance with the estimated hours and total cost.

Standard Rate: $225/hour (typical requests, standard timeline)

Expedited Rate: $300/hour (urgent requests requiring priority scheduling)
Payment is collected upfront before work begins, which secures your spot and guarantees delivery by the agreed-upon date. All services are covered under our general Terms & Conditions to protect both parties.
Individual Services are billed with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments based on the actual time spent.
What is the difference between the Standard and Expedited rates?

Standard Rate ($225/hour): For requests with typical timelines, deliverables are generally provided within up to 7 business days, depending on scope.

Expedited Rate ($300/hour): For urgent requests requiring priority scheduling. Deliverables are generally provided within up to 2 business days, subject to availability.
