Who We Are
Richmond Hill Education Services LLC & Ltd is an education advisory and consulting agency that specializes in helping American students navigate every educational and logistical aspect of applying and transitioning to university in the United Kingdom. Based out of London, England and Boston, Massachusetts, we provide comprehensive guidance to students applying for undergraduate and postgraduate study in the UK, as well as study abroad and international summer school.
Our knowledgeable British Council-certified education agents draw upon their expertise to guide students through the seemingly confusing and overwhelming processes and components associated with attending university in the UK. Our goal is not only to help students find their best-fit university in the UK, but to also adequately prepare them for their time in the UK to ensure they have a wonderful university experience abroad.
We offer a range of comprehensive services and walk students through everything from the big decisions to the often-overlooked small but essential details, such as mobile phones, money and banking, navigating public transport, cultural nuances and social etiquette, and other factors crucial to everyday life in the UK. Our aim is to make the university application, preparation, and orientation processes as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We use a student-centered approach to ensure our clients receive individualized services specific to their needs and goals.

Rebecca Lilly
Founder & CEO
Hi, I'm Rebecca. I grew up in the Boston suburb of Weston, Massachusetts, and after discovering the exciting and impressive features of the UK higher education system, I knew the UK was where I wanted to pursue my university studies. I attended and graduated from Durham University in England, where I earned my Bachelor's Honours Degree in History.
I had an incredible time at Durham, receiving an exceptionally valuable education, getting involved in fun and meaningful societies and student activities, exploring the UK and Europe, making friends from all over the world, and creating memories to last a lifetime.
After graduating, I moved to London, and worked in marketing and operations for a disability nonprofit while simultaneously helping American students navigate the UK university admissions and transition process. During this time, I also received my UK Education Agent and Counsellor certification, awarded by the British Council.
My wonderful experiences at Durham and my current life in London have fueled my passion for helping other Americans discover the extraordinary opportunities available through study in the UK. I realized that many Americans are unaware of how much of a hidden gem studying in the UK can be and the numerous benefits of earning a degree here.
I enjoy helping students navigate every aspect of the application, post-offer, and transition processes, and find their excitement tremendously heartwarming and rewarding as they learn about university in the UK and thrive while studying in the UK.

Certified and Qualified Advisors: Every student works with a trained and certified advisor who, in addition to a UK university degree, has been awarded an education agent qualification through the British Council’s certification program. Our clients never work with an unqualified or part-time tutor. We adhere to the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents and its standards of practice.
